You have just connected to the site www.myisic.ma of the company 'Education Services Africa' (ESA), SARL with a capital of 50,000 Dirhams, registered in the commercial register of the Court of Casablanca under number RC 495083, whose number head office is at Espace Porte d'Anfa, 3 rue Bab El Mansour, Casablanca.
You must carefully read the provisions which follow because they constitute a contact establishing the general conditions of the products and services of the electronic catalog of the ESA Company.
The "click" that you will execute after having completed your order form constitutes the validation of your order and will constitute irrevocable acceptance of these general conditions.
Consequently, you can only order products or services if you accept the conditions provided below.
1. Preamble
The following general conditions of sale govern all transactions established on the ESA electronic catalog. Any order placed on this site assumes the customer's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.
2. Object
This contract is a distance contract which aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of the products of the company ESA on the Internet, through the secure online payment platform of the Interbank Monetics Center.
The ISIC (International Student Identity Card), ITIC (International Teacher Identity Card) and IYTC (International Youth Travel Card) products represent a service and trademarks registered by the international association "ISIC Association" for which the company ESA has the rights to marketing for Morocco.
3. Definitions
In the remainder of the contract, each of the expressions mentioned below will be understood within the meaning of its definition, namely:
· “Distance contract”: any contract concerning goods or services between the ESA Company and a Consumer within the framework of a distance sales or service provision system organized by the ESA Company which, for this contract, uses exclusively the Internet network until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself.
· "Consumer": any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of his professional activity.
· "Order form": document which indicates the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Consumer and which must be signed by him by "double click" to engage him.
· “Order”: act by which the Consumer undertakes to purchase Products and the ESA Company to provide them to the “Consumer”.
4. Product
ESA reserves the right to withdraw an item from the catalog without notice.
It can in no case be held to compensate or cancel an order following the inability to use the product purchased for a reason of incompatibility with the equipment already owned by the buyer.

6. Price
The prices mentioned in the catalog are indicated in Moroccan dirham inclusive of tax, participation in processing and shipping costs included; they are valid at the time of their consultation by the customer and are those in force at the time of the order.
The order form and transactions are made in Moroccan dirham.
Any change in the VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the products.
7.Eligibility
The ISIC card is strictly reserved for the people below:

All students, secondary school pupils, college pupils or persons in full-time training can buy the ISIC card (according to the definition of the "Ministers of Education of the European UNESCO member states at their meeting in Vienna in November 1967"). According to these texts, the status of full-time student is defined by a minimum of 15 hours of lessons per week for 12 weeks of the year.

The minimum age is 12 and there is no maximum age. Only certain advantages of the ISIC card can be restrictive depending on the age of the holder. Foreign students can buy their ISIC card in Morocco.

The ISIC card is valid for a period of 12 months from the month of purchase. No complaint related to the validity dates of the ISIC card can be taken into account.

To obtain the ISIC card, you must send or download:

proof of your student status for the current school year which must be a document from the teaching body (school certificate, letter from the school principal, principal, etc.),

The IYTC card is strictly reserved for the people below:

You must be 30 years of age or younger to purchase the IYTC card. On your 31st birthday, you are no longer eligible to purchase the IYTC card. The IYTC card is valid for a period of 12 months from the month of purchase.

proof of your status as a teacher, of professor for the current school year, which must be a document from the teaching body (letter from the director, principal, etc.),

8.Validation
When you click on the "Place order" button after the ordering process, you declare that you accept the order as well as all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation.
The data recorded by ESA constitutes proof of all transactions made on the sites and on its customers.
The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
The ESA site confirms the acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address that the latter will have communicated.
ESA reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or a problem of eligibility for cards.
If you are a minor, you must be represented by your legal representative.
9.Declaration
You declare that the information provided is correct and that you meet the eligibility conditions for ISIC, IYTC and ITIC cards.
For ISIC and ITIC, ESA may ask you to confirm your status if the documents provided are not sufficient and / or request confirmation from educational institutions.
The original of an identity document may be requested in the store.
In the event of deception regarding your status, ESA may cancel your order with a penalty of 50 Moroccan dirhams per card and this situation may give rise to prosecution before the competent authorities.
10.Execution of the order
After registration of the order, the card request will be processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
After validation, your Card will be issued digitally and you will receive an email sent to the email address provided when ordering, indicating the procedures for accessing it via the ISIC Global application.
If you have chosen when ordering a plastic card in addition to the digital card, this plastic card will then be printed and shipped within 3 to 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) by standard postal mail to the postal address indicated when ordering.
You are responsible for the data you enter on the card order form. This entered data is used directly to manufacture your card. Any typing or spelling error in the fields (Last name, First name, Date of birth, etc.) cannot be the responsibility of ESA and you cannot claim a new card production without paying costs. at least 50% of the sale price.
In case of unavailability of the ordered Product, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the possibility of canceling his order.
He will then have the choice of requesting reimbursement of the sums paid within thirty days of their payment at the latest.
11. Delivery
The card is shipped to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process.
The delivery address must be complete (name, address, entry code, floor). In the event of return of goods following an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be invoiced for the re-shipment costs.
Any order that will be returned to us, and not claimed beyond three months from the day of receipt by our services, will be considered lost for the customer and definitively acquired by ESA.
Shipping costs are included in the price.
Standard shipments are made via the Moroccan post, with a delivery time of 5 (five) to 10 (ten) working days. ESA will not be responsible for any delay, loss or incorrect delivery of your order.
12. Method of payment
To pay for your order, you choose the payment method among those offered by ESA on the payment page.
Your online payments are secured by the Center Monétique Interbancaire (CMI) which offers a fully secure payment service.
The Consumer guarantees the Company ESA that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him, during the validation of the order.
In the event of payment by bank card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the means of payment provided for in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the card issuer and between the ESA Company and its banking establishment apply.
13. Data confidentiality
The information requested from you is necessary to process your order and is treated confidentially.
In accordance with Law No. 09-08 promulgated by Dahir 1-09-15 of February 18, 2009, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access and rectification of information concerning you, which you can exercise by sending an email to infos@isic.africa or by mail to the following address: ESA, 3 rue Bab El Mansour, Imm C, 1st floor, BU n ° 3, Casablanca.
14.Privacy policy

The personal data collected and processed by ESA are as follows: last name, first name, date of birth, e-mail, telephone, gender, identity photo, school certificate, order history, when applicable. For a purchase of a plastic ISIC card, we also ask you to provide us with a postal address for shipping these orders and invoicing.
You can share information about our benefits on social networks (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), using the share buttons. We remind you that access to these social networks requires acceptance of their conditions of use, regardless of our pages on said Social Networks. 14.2. Why and how do we collect your personal data?

ESA processes personal information in particular for the purposes mentioned below:
• The supply and activation of an ISIC card,
• Access and supply of products and services delivered by ESA to users
• Subject to your consent: send you information about our offers and news (newsletters, contests)
These Data are collected either on the basis of your consent or are necessary for the execution of your orders (execution of a contract). This may include information you provide when you register to use the Site, complete a form, correspond with us, make an ISIC card purchase, use discounts or subscribe to our newsletter.
We may also collect personal data about you from third parties such as educational institutions or partner banks providing the ISIC card to their students or customers. This may be combined with other information you provide to us, as described above. Each institution and ESA partner bank is responsible for providing notice to its cardholders regarding the reasons for which it collects personal data and how such personal data is processed.

14.3. Who is your personal data transmitted to?

Your Data is processed by ESA. They will not be transferred or made accessible to any third party, except for any subcontractors for exclusively technical and logistical reasons (international ISIC database, Site hosting and maintenance providers, payment providers, service printing providers. cards, emailing router providers, etc.).
14.4. Your rights

You have the right to access and rectify your Data, as well as the right to request its erasure, to oppose its processing and to obtain its limitation or portability to the extent that this is necessary. applicable. The User has the option of completely refusing to provide us with personal information, in which case ESA may not be able to provide him with certain services, in particular the provision of the ISIC card.

14.5. Retention period of personal data

The ISIC card is valid for a period of 12 months from the month of purchase.
ESA keeps the data necessary for issuing an ISIC card 6 months after the card expires. This data will then be automatically deleted.
A user can request the deletion of his personal data while his card is valid. This will prevent him from using his ISIC card digitally and only on direct presentation.

15. Cancel an order paid by credit card
You cannot be reimbursed for your card order once it is validated, manufactured and shipped by ESA.
We only reimburse orders made on the site www.myisic.ma which do not comply with the conditions of eligibility and allocation to cards defined in article 7 above. In this case, refunds will be made, less a penalty of 50 Moroccan dirhams, within a period less than or equal to 30 days. The refund will be made by crediting your bank account for orders paid by credit card.

16.Right of withdrawal
​
From the date of delivery of your order, you have 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, and be fully refunded. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. However, only goods returned in perfect condition, complete and in their original packaging (unopened) may be reimbursed.
The customer must send his request for the right of withdrawal by email to infos@isic.africa . Returns of goods must be made to the following address: ESA, 3 rue Bab El Mansour, Imm C, 1st floor, BU n ° 3, Casablanca.
17. Guarantee
All products sold on www.myisic.ma are guaranteed against manufacturing and material defects. The duration of this warranty is at least one year (from the date of invoice). In the event of return of equipment proving to be non-defective, transport and handling costs may be invoiced to the customer. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse or neglect.
18. Proof of transactions paid by bank card
The data recorded by the CMI on the online payment platform on behalf of ESA constitutes proof of commercial transactions between you and the company ESA.
19.Major force
ESA is only bound for the performance of its obligations to the extent that no force majeure event hinders them.

All the clauses appearing in these general conditions of sale will be subject to Moroccan law.
