What is the ISIC card?
The international student card (ISIC) is the only internationally recognized proof of student status.
ISIC is a card issued in over 130 countries, endorsed by UNESCO and recognized by multiple universities, student organizations, national governments and ministries of education around the world.
The ISIC card is available to all students, high school students, college students or people in full-time training; it requires a minimum age of 12, with no age limit, and gives access to more than 150,000 good deals and discounts all over the world (more information on the ITIC and IYTC cards below).

Can I easily search for ISIC discounts on my smartphone or tablet?
myisic.ma is a responsive website that can therefore be easily accessed on your smartphone or tablet.
Are my friends and family also enjoying ISIC benefits?
The benefits and reductions of ISIC, ITIC or IYTC are reserved for the cardholder. Of course nothing prevents you from giving gifts to your loved ones!
Also, don't forget that your friends and family may also be eligible for their own ISIC card (or ITIC or IYTC, see below).
How much does the ISIC card cost?
An ISIC card is available at a price of 95 DH for the digital version for one year, i.e. 12 months from the month of issue - if you also want the plastic version, this is optional and is offered to you at 20 DH.

Where can I get my ISIC card?
The ISIC card is available for purchase by placing an order online on the site www.myisic.ma
It can also be allocated to you by our partners, such as your school, your university, your bank or any other ISIC partner wishing to make you benefit from the exclusive ISIC advantages in Morocco and in the world.
What documents do I need to order my ISIC card?
The ISIC card is available to any student enrolled in a school recognized by the local Ministry of Education. You must therefore be able to prove that you are studying full time, i.e. at least 15 hours of study per week, for a minimum of 12 weeks per year.
There is no upper age limit to be eligible for an ISIC card.
When applying for an ISIC card online on the website www.myisic.ma, you will be asked for the following documents:
• proof of your student status, such as: education certificate, registration certificate, copy of your student card clearly indicating the name of your school / university and the current school year, confirmation letter from administration of your school / university
• a passport-size photo.
Can I buy my ISIC card by paying in cash?
Yes of course. When ordering online on the site www.myisic.ma , you can pay for your card either by credit card (CMI), or by choosing the CASH PLUS option which will allow you to pay directly in one of the 1,500 offices. CASH PLUS throughout the Kingdom ( www.cashplus.ma/reseau/trouver-une-agence ).
Once the order has been made on the site www.myisic.ma , when do I receive my ISIC card?
After registering your order online, your card request will be processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
After validation, your Card will be issued digitally and you will receive an email sent to the email address provided when ordering, indicating the procedures for accessing it by downloading the ISIC App.
Once you have completed this process, you will immediately be able to benefit from ISIC advantages in Morocco and anywhere in the world!
If you have chosen when ordering a plastic card in addition to the digital card, this plastic card will be printed and shipped within 3 to 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) by standard postal mail to the postal address indicated when ordering.
Standard shipments are made via the Moroccan post, with a delivery time of 5 (five) to 10 (ten) working days.
Will I have to renew my ISIC card?
Your ISIC card is valid for 12 months from the month of issue of the card.
When your card expires, you must apply for a new card via our website www.myisic.ma .
I lost my ISIC card, what should I do?
ISIC, ITIC and IYTC cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
You can use your ISIC, ITIC or IYTC card on the ISIC App, using the digital card, or you will need to purchase a new plastic format card online.
How long is the ISIC card valid for?
The ISIC card is valid for 12 months from the month of issue. You can see the expiry date of your ISIC on the digital card in the ISIC App or on your plastic card if applicable.
The validity of co-branded cards may vary depending on the type of partner and the agreement between the parties.
What is my ISIC member ID?
Your personal ISIC student card is a 14-digit number that begins and ends with a letter (S123456789012X).
You will find the ISIC number on the top banner of your card (digital and plastic versions) and also in your order confirmation email.
What if I'm not a full-time student?
Don't worry, we have some brilliant alternatives for you!
- If you are 30 years of age or under at the time of application, the 'International Youth Travel Card' (IYTC) is the card for you.
- If you are a full-time teacher or professor, you can apply for the International Teacher Identity Card (ITIC).
Both IYTC and ITIC cards offer similar benefits, services and discounts as the ISIC card (see details of these cards below).

The International Teacher Identity Card (ITIC) is available for teachers or professors teaching at a school, college or university recognized by the local Ministry of Education. The ITIC card gives access to most of the advantages and reductions of the ISIC card.
Each ITIC card is valid for 12 months from the month of the date of issue.

What documents do I need to order an ITIC card?
To prove your teaching status, please provide when ordering online a proof of teacher or a signed and dated letter from your school / university.
You will also need a passport size photo.
What is the IYTC card?
The International Youth Travel Card (IYTC) is available for people aged 30 or younger. The IYTC card gives access to most of the advantages and reductions of the ISIC card.
The IYTC card is a valuable tool, whether to benefit from the advantages and reductions for your daily life in Morocco, but also if you are traveling abroad.
The IYTC card is valid for 12 months from the month of issue. You must apply for the IYTC card before your 31st birthday to be eligible for the card.

What documents do I need to order an IYTC card?
The IYTC - International Youth Travel Card - is valid for people up to 30 years old.
To obtain your IYTC, you must certify on honor that you are under 31 years of age as a passport and will need a passport-sized photo.
